I had a wonderful experience with Albert. He was so responsive to email and even called me over the phone to make sure he could walked me through different options to ensure there was alignment on the flowers that were to be delivered. The flowers that arrived were so much more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thanks again, Albert, for helping us make our mom's birthday that much more delightful!
